The Tour

This tour consists of the following sections:

Importing ClickBank® Products

Before you can earn money with your new store, you need to import the ClickBank® product library. This is done by using the built-in product import feature to download and parse the ClickBank® XML feed. Depending on your website configuration, you will have either one or two options. If you can't automatically download and unzip the XML feed, you have the option of manually uploading the XML feed. More information about the ClickBank® XML feed can be found here.

You are not limited to just ClickBank® products, you can add other affiliate products to your store.

Syncing Thumbnails and Product Information

The ClickBank® product feed does not contain any product thumbnail images. With CBFront, you can upload new images and sync them with your store. New thumbnail packs are released through the members-only section of our website. You can also manually upload thumbnails with the product editor.

If you've ever browsed the ClickBank® Marketplace, you know the majority of products contain titles and descriptions that are for affiliates and not your average web surfer looking for an information product. Unfortunately the ClickBank® product feed contains the exact same data. To combat this issue, you can import product information files that contain human modified titles and descriptions for your products. You may also modify the product data by using the product editor. Product information files are released through the members-only section of our website.

Proper product information and thumbnails will drastically increase your clickthrough rates and gives your site less of a cookie-cutter feeling.

As a bonus, your purchase comes with 100 free product thumbnails and 100 human modified product titles and descriptions.

Filtering Products

The ClickBank® product database is huge with over 8,000 products. That's great for general purpose stores, but what if you want a themed website with dog training only products or weight loss e-books? The product filter gives you 9 ways to filter your store. You can choose which categories you want to show, set a limit on how low the commission can be, how high the popularity rank should be and more! You can even include or exclude products that have one or more keywords. Filter

Editing Products And Creating Squeeze Pages

The product editor allows you to edit any property of a product. You can modify the title and description, upload a thumbnail, change categories, get a quick statistic snapshot and much more.

You can quickly select multiple products and publish/unpublish, exclude/include in search results and add to one or more categories.

The squeeze page editor sets CBFront apart from other ClickBank® stores by allowing you to create a unique landing/squeeze page for any of your products.

Creating Pages and Menus

Your CBFront store can contain content pages and menus.

A content page is simply a page created by you. They can be an about us page, a contact information page, blog entries, product reviews and anything else you can think of. All page links are search engine friendly.

Menus serve as links to your pages. You can create a group of links linking to the pages you have written.

Choosing a Template

The look of your store can be instantly transformed by changing your template. Templates are a combination of HTML, stylesheets, images and PHP code. A template can make your store do just about anything.

Your purchase comes with four templates. More are being created and will be released in the members-only section of our website.

Choosing a Template

Modifying a Template

If you are comfortable editing HTML and/or CSS stylesheets, you can change the way your template looks and the way it functions by using the template editor. Each template has a collection of files that represent your store. Each of these files are editable. If you want to add your logo, simply edit the header file. If you want to change the link colors, edit the stylesheet.

You can even add Google AdSense or other advertisements to your site by editing the sidebars or the main template files.

Viewing Your Dashboard

The dashboard is where you can see how your store is doing. A quick statistical snapshot for the current day, yesterday, the current month and all-time are shown.

Hops are the number of clicks you have sent to a ClickBank® product website. Squeeze views are the number of impressions your product squeeze/landing pages have received. Page views are the number of impressions your content pages have received. Searches are the total sum of keyword queries your visitors have performed.

Four powerful reports visually show you the number of hops, squeeze views, page views and searches your site has received in a given time period.

An additional four reports show you the top products, squeeze pages, content pages and searches in a given time period.

The latest action section shows you the latest hops, squeeze page views, content page views and searches that have occurred in your store.
